Responsible to Supervisor, Microscope Slide Dept.
Responsible for all phases of microscope slide preparation, including
tissue dissection, fixation, specimen embedding into paraffin,
sectioning using a microtome, affixing tissue onto slides, staining
slides with a variety of techniques, covering specimen material and
quality control of finished material.
Responsible for interfacing with customers.
Responsible for input into Research and Development for new product
lines

B.S. in Biology preferred but not required or equivalent experience
Emphasis in the area of Histology or Embryology preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
