RE: fixes
Dave, in our experience with non- toxic fixatives, histochoice being one of
them we could not even get a good routine H&E stain that our pathologist are
comfortable with. Good Luck

Subject: fixes
Has anyone used Histochoice MB fix? It's touted as a non-toxic fix that
preserves the integrity of RNA and DNA. I'm trying to get a fix that will
allow me to isolate RNA for RT-PCR.
Does anyone have experience with this? Or other fixes that might be
appropriate?
Thanks
Dave
