Calcified Tissue Preparation
Su, Phy-Huynh -
There are many methods available for musculoskeletal tissues. There are no
set guidelines or references. We all seem to develop a system that works for
our particular area. The histonet archives may be helpful. A literature
search too. The book, "Methods of Calcified Tissue Preparation", Dickson,
Elsevier Press:1984, is broad based and very helpful. I am involved with a
hard tissue group, feel free to contact me. Many people working in bone, do
not read this forum regularly. Good Luck!
