F.Y.I. - If you are looking for a great mouse mAb to human amyloid beta protein, try Signet's clone "6E10".  WOW!  It was so much better than what we were using before.  Using a waterbath HIER pretreatment, DAKO's EnVision+ detection, and DAKO's DAB+, we found that we could use the mAb at 1:5,000 (maybe higher) for a 30' minute incubation or 1:100,000 for an overnight incubation.
