I am in desperate need of some information and I am hoping that someone can assist me or point me in the right direction. I have just been given administrative responsibility of our Histology and Cytology Sections and there are no real Policies, Procedures or SOP in either section. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to guide me in getting the Histology area together.
