Histonet, Hi, I am looking for a stain that might be used on formalin - fixed EDTA decalcified bone to stain an intense/bright uniform color, leaving the bone marrow, periosteum and other soft tissues unstained or lightly colored. We need this for computer imaging that is done in black and white and it needs a high contrast. Thanks for the ideas. Jennifer Harvey University of Rochester Med. Center
