sorry, not intended to be picky - bone stain
I believe it is spelled sirius red, and is commonly used as a stain for
amyloid, the Sweat-Puchtler method. AFIP manual has a protocol, the
reagent recipes you use for bone could very well be the same as this
method. Might help you out.
