To all Histonetters,
I have a problem with my staining and need help.
Recently I  am having problems with  back ground staining.
Until 2 days ago every thing  looked fine,I did  a PM on  the auto immuno 
stainer  and thats when the problem started.
The procedure is the same from start to finish but  what I find now is a lot 
of  back ground  staining. There is faulse positive staining and where  a 
cytoplasmic staining or membrane staining is  required   the nuclear  also 
stains It is very frustrating.
If anybody could shed some light  on this problem  I will appreciate it.
