Sirius red F3B is the dye you need if it's for staining
collagen fibres from a solution in picric acid.
It's in the Sigma and Aldrich catalogues under the 
name Direct red 80. This CI name, or the CI number 35780,
should be on the bottle, because "sirius red" has been
applied to other dyes, which probably cannot be
substituted.
