Hi,
    If you have the sections on charged or sailinized slides, you should
have no problem. You actually needn't even destain them if you have plans to
use a hematoxylin counterstain since the eosin will come out in the alcohol
and water rinses before you retrieve the slides, and removing the
hematoxylin would be redundant. :-)
