Kim,
Denhardt's Solution is a mix of BSA, ficoll, and PVP
used as a blocking solution in molecular biology and
is found in many prehybridization solutions for ISH.
I find ordering it from Sigma as 50X (D2532 or
D9905)is the best way to obtain it. Preparing it from
scratch is a pain, but less expensive (as usual).
