We too have had Cerner since 1994.  I agree with Joyce, support while 
building our data base was poor mainly because they had no one that was still 
with them that could assist in AP.   Clinical went fine.  But there was no 
"expert" for AP.  To this day, we still don't know how the Cytology section 
can be modified to fit our needs.  We have to use it the way it is set up and 
the pathologists are very unhappy over it.
