Hi,

Everyone has a favorite paraffin to cut with and we are not exception.  In
our lab we use Paraplast plus with DMSO for processing and TissuePrep2 for
embedding.  I use the first one because it is easier on the small biopsies
and the 2nd because it has a hard plastic in it and cuts routinely at 3
microns.
