Have it.  Love it.  I've been a VIP user forever.

It's easy to use, easy to program.  They redesigned the reagent bottles, so you don't have the hose kink when you replace them.  The system will also do a bottle check before processing (if you want it to) to make sure the bottles are secure before finding out the hard way they're not.

I especially love the drain and fill port.  Makes replacement of reagents much less messy.
