RE: Mulligan's

From:Robert Geske

Mulligan Stew
1 lb. corned beef, shredded (or you can use 1 can of corned beef)
1 large onion, chopped
1-2 Tablespoons oil, butter or margarine
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 can diced tomatoes, with juice
1 can lima beans, drained
optional: 1 can green beans, drained Break up corned beef with a fork.
Saute onion in a large pot with oil, margarine or butter.
Add all ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
Note: there is a great deal of flexibility in this recipe -- you can use
frozen vegetables or
fresh in place of canned.
Optional seasonings: tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper

oooops............you said Mulligan Stain ....... sorry
