RE: Her-2/neu
Cathy:
I have been trying for 2 years to set up Her-2 neu testing in-house using
the Dako polyclonal Ab. and my TechMate auto-stainer. I have done
correlations with results from a reference lab using Herceptest, but not
with FISH results. Because of the subjective nature of the grading, and
despite the guidelines that I have provided (both data and image), I have
been unsuccessful in achieving concurrence among all 5 of my pathologists.
Good Luck!!
