They have a hard time holding weapons (that no thumb problem).  They are
quite taste though.  We commonly referred to them as "possum on the
half-shell".  You do have to cook thoroughly because of the AFB problem.

When I lived on the Gulf Coast I found mine on armadillos.  They run all
over the woods there and make for easy target practice.
