Hello.
I'm looking for a mechanistic definition of Pro K and protease.
I'm testing both as pre-treatments for hexon IHC.
I've been using the Qiagen protease and it works well at 1mg/ml in PBS for
10 minutes, but my colleague got better staing than I did and I think she
might have made a mistake in diluting the lyophilized powder.  I used to use
Pro K, ran out, and grabbed what I thought was the next best thing, which
was the Qiagen protease.
If any of you use either digestion could you please send me specific
information on the product - vendor and concentration.
