some time ago, I requested help for a sporadic problem with our fish
tissues coming out of the LX300 Fisher processor.  Sometimes they came out
like very well-cooked bacon other times they were fine.  Turns out the
processor was malfunctioning and there was substantial amounts of fluid
being left in the processing tank at the end of a station, thereby
contaminanting very quickly each subsequent station.  Still don't have it
repaired, but at least we've identified the problem.
