RE: MAP-2

Jerry

I have been using the Sigma MAP-2 antibody (clone HM2) with excellent
results. I carry out microwave retrieval with Citrate buffer and incubate at
1/1000 overnight. Have used on formaldehyde fixed paraffin embedded human
brain tissue (double hemisphere coronal slices) as well as other animal
species. It recognises all 3 MAP-2 isoforms (MAP-2a,2b,2c). If you like I
can send you some details on our publications using the Sigma MAP-2
antibody.
