RE: Floor Mats
From: | "O'Brien, Sue" <histo@bthosp.com> |
We use rugs from "Mats and Matting Company", (800) 872 9700 or (617) 871
6210. They made custom sized rugs for us, which look very professional in
appearance (We chose the charcoal with black trim rugs to complement our
décor). Their rugs have the added advantage of being resistant to acids,
alkalies, solvents, etc. and they meet federal specifications for surface
flammability. The rugs last for us about 5 years (heavy traffic).
Hope this helps,

Subject: Floor Mats
Hello Everyone,
The lab I work in is getting to ready to move to a new facility, and
I am
intested in purchasing floor mats for the new lab. I hope to find
mats that
will contain the paraffin to keep the floors from getting slick, and
also
ones that look nice to maintain the lab's professional appearance.
Does
anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?
I would also like to find cushioned mats for the
special/immunohistochemical
areas to ease the strain of standing for long periods of time.
Any assistance you may provide is greatly appreciated.
Thanks again and Happy Holidays,
Louri Caldwell
