     Welcome to the challenging and rewarding field of hard tissue. This is 
     an excellent forum for discussion of bone concerns. The response is 
     generally very good.  If you are a NSH member, there is an active Hard 
     Tissue Committee/National Society of Histotechnology available for you 
     to join.  Feel free to contact me for application information. We will 
     have an updated  directory of members with specialties mailed out in 
     January 2001 that may be helpful. Best wishes to you in your new
