I have just joined the list server, so I apologize if people have addressed
this question earlier. It would also be great if there were a way for me to
look at past communications on this topic since I am not sure how to do so.
I am cutting rat spinal cord on a cryostat-14um sections, at minus 20
degrees C. The block is rather big with lots of cord mounted (perpendicular
to the chuck). I am having trouble with wrinkling and bubbles.
