The doctor I work for attended a conference last week where a discussion
about tumor markers on Cryo-Jane prepared mouse tissue took place.  He said
that several people in attendance felt that there was a difference in
amplification between routine frozen sections and those prepared with the
Cyro-Jane.  That possibly the UV flash was some how  decreasing the stain.
Has anyone heard of this or experienced it ?
