frozen tissue

Dear Anila,

The reason you use frozen tissue instead of wax embedding depends on the
antigen I want to see.

Some antibodies will only work on frozen material and others only on
embedded material.

I am now working alot more with embedded tissue, but I have to admit that I
do perfer working with frozen material. I think the staining for IHC is alot
cleaner. As long a the material is frozen properly the morphology can be
alomst as good as that for embedded tissue.
