Clone ED1 ('mo-a-rt monocytes/macrophages') works reasonably well on
reasonably fixed (NBF, about 24 hrs) rat tissue. Chemicon CatNr MAB1435,
working conc. approx. 10ug/ml after HIER in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0. No
suggestions for macrophage antibodies for mice nor for mouse/rat T cell
markers that work on FFPE tissue, sorry. Good luck!
