The manufacturer of the RCM Hacker coverslipper, Meisei Electric Co. has been 
advised and informed in detail of bubble problems that have been occurring 
randomly with RCM. Their engineers now have a solution which appears to 
correct this phenomenon. You should contact Hacker or Meisei directly. The 
contact at Meisei is Mr. Haseda, He can best be reached via the following 
e-mail: MECMH@aol.com. Meisei is making every effort to ensure the problem 
free operation of their instrument, and your direct input to the source would 
be very valuable. If you do e-mail Meisei directly, please be so kind and 
copy us on your input so we have a record and can followup on your progress.

I am currently "on the road", but will make every effort to stay on top of 
this situation until my return to the office on January 5th, 2001.
