Hi,
    Try running the slides with HIER instead of enzyme. It works beautifully at
1:100 and this will rile out the enzyme as the culprit if you get the same
results. Also you could try the dreaded hand staining to rule out any mechanical
problems (dispensers or machine) from the beginning to the end. If it does the
same thing you'll know it's a reagent issue.
