Tim, this is a great list.  I am surprised you do not have Lee Luna's last
book here (Histopathological Techniques and Immunohistological Techniques)
or similar title, by American Pathology laboratory.  Also, some of Dr.
Jules Elias's books on immunohistochemistry.  Jules takes it from the
beginning to the complex.  sharon osborn
