Hello everyone,

I have been having problems with Brdu IHC on frozen rat brain sections 
I was wondering if there are any experts out there who would mind sharing
a protocol or basic tips.  My positive control which is  rat intestine stains nicely 
but my experimental tissue gives no signal at all.
