We are in the midst of buying a new cryostat for routine sectioning of
rodent brains, and also blocks of primate brain. We are considering the
Leica CM3050S. I would appreciate any advice from users of this machine as
to its suitability for this purpose. Also, suggestions of other good
machines (new) would by much appreciated.
