The CryoJane Tape-Transfer and the Paraffin Sectioning Tape-Transfer system
can offer help in cutting difficult tissue. Fat, bone and skin present no
problem! The temperature of the block in not critical because the tape
adhered to the blockface supports and captures the section as it is cut. The
section on the tape is transferred to an adhesive-coated slide. After the
adhesive is polymerized, in 8milli-sec, the tape is peeled away.

The section will not fall off the slide, in even the most rigorous
protocols.

The method lets you prepare a thin, flat frozen section of
paraffin-quality.

The Paraffin Sectioning System eliminates the water bath and drying steps.
You can immediately deparaffinize and stain.

Please visit our booth #221 at the NSH.
