Histonetters,
I will be using hematoxylin as  a counterstain for bouin's-fixed
intestinal tissue. Does it matter what kind of hematoxylin I should use
and whether I need to use it full-strength or diluted. I am a grad student
in Nutritional Sciences and totally ignorant about this area and I greatly
appreciate your response.
