It's been sooo long since I had Invert Zool but I seem to remember that
nematodes have cuticles.  Perhaps you could do a quick check in the
library (look in Barns (sp?) or Meglitch) and make sure.  If my memory
serves, the antibody may not penetrate the tissues you want to look at.
There must be a gagillion papers on immunohistochem with C. elegans for
removing/permeablizing cuticle.  Come what may, let me know how you go,
would you?
