Hi Andrea
We are currently fixing in 4% paraformaldehyde overnight then wash with pbs
and cryoprotect with 25% sucrose/PBS. We then freeze them and section. The
sections are allowed to air dry for 2 hours, then we wash in pbs and
coverslip with pbs and visualize using the FITC filter
