Hi Jim:

We purchase EDTA from Sigma (catalog#E-5134).  We use a 1mM (0.37g/1000ml
distilled water)  solution at pH 8.0 for our microwave pretreatment of certain
antibodies. The pH of this solution will fluctuate, so always check it before
using it.
