I have used this product.  It does what it claims.  However, I have even 
achieved better antigen retrieval using tap water.  Yes, I said tap water.  I 
just ran the tissue down in the normal fashion, and then I placed the slides 
in regular tap water and placed in a Black and Decker rice steamer for 20 
min. and then continued as usual.  Please try this both ways and let me know 
how yours comes out.
