Hi Amy,  We cut hundreds of slides for immuno staining and we dip our own slides which
saves us LOTS of money.  We purchase either poly-l-lysine solution or silane solution and
dip our own.  We've nevr had any problems with  tissue coming off.  We also use these
coated slides for all jof our frozen sections.
