Hello,
I am doing a retrospective study on formalin fixed paraffin embedded
block and want to do some immunostains. but i dont have the stain kit
right now . so i want to cut the sections and place it on polylysine
coated slides but i dont know whether there are some precaution to keep
unstained slides for immunohistochemistry.
Thanx
looking forward for advice
