Hi All,
Our cytology department use Histopaque-1077 for spinning down
'bloody' fluids to produce a buffy layer. The company we used to buy it
from ( Sigma ) have apparently stopped selling ( ?producing ) it , and we
have been unable to find anyone else who sells it. Do any of you know of a
supplier, or even an alternative solution. We could probably ( maybe ) make
it ourselves, but it is questionable whether it would be worth the time and
effort required.
Any info appreciated,
Alex Brown
