To all you wonderful histonetters,
A student of mine is having problems
with pecam-1 (CD31) she stained some slides about six months ago and all
the blood vessel were positive. She then store the antibody at -20oc as
instructed but this last experiment seems to be very patchy in the reaction
sites. Can anyone suggest a foolproof antigen retrival method for this
antibody, taking into consideration that they were fixed in 4%
Paraformaldehyde and processed to wax.
Or maybe give me an indication of the shelf(freezer) life for this ab.
