Dear colleagues,

we need some help as soon as possible, not regarding a diagnosis but for
the counseling of the parents, because the cliniciancs have no idea what
to do:

It is a 12 year old boy who was diagnosed to have a high grade
myoepithelila carcinoma of the parotid gland six months ago. At the time
of diagnosis there were already metastases in lymph nodes. The diagnosis
was confirmed by several other pathologists, however, such a tumor seems
to be extremely rare in children and no one could give the parents some
advice what to do or whom they could ask. Since the first diagnosis and
surgical excicison of the primary tumor as well as lymph nodes, more
metastastic lymph nodes appeared.

Is there anybody out there in the net, who could tell us a reference
center, specialized oncologists etc anywhere in the world, where we could
get some advice on the treatment of the tumor? So far, apart from
surgical resection nothing was done.

Any help will be appreciated.
