Pete Paisano and other histonetters,
I read Petes mail message on antibodies against NOS from the
Histonet Archive (Wed, 14 Jul 1999).
Pete wrote that he successfully used antibodies from
www.translab.com and www.scbt.com on
felines, mice, rats, rabbits, and horses.
Did anyone ever try to detect endothelial ecNOS (III)?
Any suggestions for good antibodies?
The PhD student involved prefers detection by fluorescence. I have
not found fluorescence labeled antibodies to EC NOS yet, so I
suggest we go for sedondary FITC-conjugated antibodies.
Any suggestion for inventing this wheel is welcome.
Irene Straatsburg
