Dear histonetters:  Does anyone out there have a good protocol for
detecting beta galactosidase using X-Gal as a substrate?  Would like to
know specifically what dilution and which buffer you use in IHC on
frozens or at least a general range.  I have the X-GAL powder from
Molecular Probes.  Thanks, Tom
