Hi Jill,
On mouse tissue I use Pharmingen's CD31, stored at 4 C for at least a year
(not sure what they guarantee). I use Sigma's trypsin tablets (T-7168),
just add 1ml of water and dissolve. Digest tissues with trypsin solution at
37 C for 10 minutes. This works great for me!
