Dear Marjorie,

We receive tissue sent in formalin everyday.  Most clients use a nalgene
bottle or any other vial you have on hand.  Wrap the lid of the container
with parafilm and put it in a plastic ziplock bag.  Pack the specimens in a
box (Styrofoam if you have it on hand) with packaging peanuts.  Formalin is
a HAZMAT risk, so make sure you get the proper shipping forms from FedEx or
Airborne Express.
