Is everything processing okay? If not check the vacuum of your processor. 
Last month our processor had a vacuum leak in the overflow cannister (hidden 
inside the back panel of our VIP) Not all the reagents were being pumped in 
and out far enough
to properly process the tissue. And naturally all this led to contamination 
of everything. Just a thought for you paraffin problem, maybe it's been 
contaminated?
