Sue,
I have seen this problem occasionally through the years.  I would suggest
you change your processor reagents more frequently as others have
indicated.  We keep our solutions very clean and we use a good paraffin to
ensure adequate dehydration, clearing and infiltration.  However, a
suggestions for the occasional occurence of exploding sections.  Add a
drop  or two of liquid soap to your waterbath. It will help with the
exploding.
