We optimize other vendors' antibodies for use on the Ventana ES/GenII-we do
no manual staining.  In general we make up our own antibody dilutions but we
do use a few predilutes.  Once they are optimized we put most of them in
dispensers, but we also keep some infrequently ordered antibodies as manual
titrations on the instrument.
