Dear colleagues,
I would like to do immunohistochemistry on 1 micron LR white sections before
doing it on thin sections for EM.
1) How can I prevent sections from wrinkling? I don't want to use heat
to preserve antigenicity.
2) Without using heat how can I attach them to slides so that they do
not fall off during the immuno. I have already tried to air-dry them on
Superfrost slides but they easily fall off after few washes.
Thanking you in advance for your help,
Lilith
